cheese tasting

Every month, my parents and I do our duty as Wisconsinites and go to cheese classes. This month, I decided to photograph. The theme was Alpine Cheeses, which kind of aren't a subject of expertise for me, but, you know...

The classes are taught by a wonderful woman named Jeanne Carpenter who runs this company called Wisconsin Cheese Originals, which basically means she gets to eat, write about and talk about cheese for her job.

These are the photographs I took (in a room which, I must say, was not lit very nicely for a photographer...)
